At Mylands, we have continuously pioneered new techniques to ensure we produce beautiful paints and finishes, but without a negative environmental impact. As far back as the 1950s, when we developed our emulsions, we have only used the highest quality resins and pigments.

We have been at the forefront of developing clean techniques at our factory in Lambeth.

All of our water-based products are totally environmentally friendly. We are one of the last manufacturers to still use natural earth pigments in many of our paints and we are proud of the fact that our emulsion paint has better opacity than all other commercially available emulsion paints in the market place, meaning you need less paint to create a rich, deep finish.

We have been one of the most proactive manufacturers in lowering VOC content in our paints, whilst maintaining a durability and hardwearing quality in our paints that mean they are as suitable for exterior use as for interior use - now that’s tough!

Our products are all low volatility rated, meaning that they are a pleasure to apply and kind to the environment and to your home.
